IntakeGenius provides an AI-driven voice and text intake assistant that collects caller information, creates lead records, and sends automatic scheduling messages. IntakeGenius does not evaluate cases or provide legal advice.
IntakeGenius is not a law firm. We do not offer legal advice, create attorney–client relationships, or determine legal eligibility. All legal advice or decisions must be provided by the client law firm.
By using our Services, you authorize IntakeGenius to collect, store, and process data including caller information, call recordings, and transcripts, and to pass this information into your CRM. You are responsible for ensuring that you have proper permissions or consents under applicable laws.

All service fees are non-refundable unless IntakeGenius LLC provides written approval for a refund.
We aim to maintain consistent uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, updates, outages, and technical issues may occur.
IntakeGenius is not liable for damages arising from:

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if payment lapses, misuse occurs, or these Terms are violated. Service termination does not change your obligation to pay outstanding fees.
